Our purpose is to provide an extremely simple and stress-free way

Commission-based Tax Reduction -- No Up-Front Fees!

Bankers Appraisal never charges up-front fees for processing any Assessment Appeal application.  Our charges are based entirely on a commission determined by the results that we receive from reducing assessed values.  We charge 50% of the property owner’s first year’s tax savings/refund.  No reduction – no charge.  The property owner typically continues to receive lower tax bills year-to-year until property values begin to appreciate.  If the assessed value is raised
it would be no higher than Proposition 13 would allow.
