Bankers Appraisal has been appealing property tax values since 1993. Our expertise and hard work has brought millions of dollars in tax refunds to our clients.

Bankers Appraisal was originally founded in 1989 as a "fee" appraisal business performing typical residential, commercial and industrial appraisal reports. In 1993, we received numerous requests to represent property owners in assessment appeals. We have since devoted 100% of our efforts exclusively toward representing owners in assessment appeal matters.

We represent the smallest and largest of all types of properties throughout California with particular emphasis on Los Angeles,
Orange, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernadino counties.
